3-storey commercial office building, apart from providing the fire safety design for the building AS Fire worked closely with the architects to resolve an efficient main entry lobby, lift and stair configuration along with a secondary egress stair serving all floors in order to maintain maximum leasable floor space throughout the building for the client.
