Stage 2 – Development
Premium Beach Front Villas – individual units constructed in Te Puna, then transported to site and placed into three groups of two side-by-side accommodation units each sleeping up to 6 people.
Premium Poolside Villas (Hilltop) – two groups of four side-by-side accommodation units each sleeping up to 6 people built on the hillside overlooking the new pool.
Under construction are Stages 3A, 3B and 3C.
