When you approach us at AS Fire Design with your building concept, your project will be reviewed and if it fits within the scope of the Acceptable Solutions, we will supply a Fire Report for building consent submission.
Included in our services will be a preliminary assessment and advice on the basic fire safety features that will be required in your building, this will allow your design team to accommodate these considerations into the development of your building concept.

In this situation, AS Fire Design Limited will advise you during our preliminary assessment and we will recommend a Professional Fire Engineer to undertake the necessary VM or Alternative design.
